OUR OPERATIONS

We are available to you 24 hours a day, seven days a week to offer assistance to any matters that are important to you or when you require our urgent attention. Generally, our services can be provided at short notice, including a range of ancillary services such as electricians, glaziers and locksmiths for those unexpected situations.

Our operations include the systematic and constant monitoring and reporting of all of the services involved. This is specific to each individual service that we provide at each individual site. The provision of this dedicated supervisory service is over and above the regular daily reporting that occurs and incurs no additional cost to you.

We undertake to provide a back up service at all times to cover all individual personnel assigned to the service and will also meet in full, any additional short term needs as a result of your increased requirements.
