Our key objective is to provide the best possible service to you. Our personnel are hand picked for particular assignments and are individually subject to your approval. This applies both at the initial selection stage and for the duration of the service. Our selection procedures are systematic and thorough.

All recruits are carefully screened with regards to honesty, and their experience and qualifications are rigorously checked. They must be well spoken and meet our very high standards for loyalty, adaptability, common sense, politeness, impartiality and physical fitness.

Our personnel are always presentable, cheerful, courteous, and demonstrate an intelligent and pro-active approach to their work. At the same time, they are unobtrusive, except in circumstances where they are required to take an initiative related to a security issue.

Our Supervisors are very experienced in all of the services that we provide to you and have demonstrated skills in people management and communication. They are personally selected on the basis of their demonstrated achievement of high standards and their ability to motivate and lead.

Our Managers are appropriately qualified and take specific responsibility for the general management of the security services being provided to you. They will provide regular feedback and communication and attend site meetings to ensure that your needs and expectations are being fulfilled.
