What are your trading hours?

We are available 24 hours per day, 7 days per week.

 

In which areas can you provide your services?

Generally, we provide our range of services within the Sydney Metropolitan Area, but can make arrangements to provide services in other areas, upon request.

 

What is the best way to contact you for a quote or for the provision of a service?

How do I know which service is right for me or my business?

We understand that everyone’s needs and situations are quite different and often unique. In consultation with you, we will tailor an effective security service to suit your requirements and your budget.

 

Can I utilise your services on an ad-hoc or casual basis only?

Yes. We offer a range of services specifically for emergencies, one-off events or short term requirements.

 

Are your services provided by sub-contractors?

No. Our guard and patrol services are provided in-house, by our own staff, utilising our own vehicles and equipment. We can and do offer a range of ancillary services through our service partners, to customers who wish to have all of their security and safety needs taken care of by us.

 

How can I be sure that I am getting what I am paying for?

We offer a variety of recording and reporting systems to inform you of the services that we have provided and when they were carried out. This information can be forwarded to you on a scheduled basis decided by you.

 

I’ve had service issues with other security companies, primarily because I did not receive the service that was promised?

We will not offer you a service that we cannot provide. Furthermore, when we undertake to provide you with a service, we write up site standard operating procedures specific to your requirements. A copy of these procedures is supplied for your records. In addition to this, you will also receive our regular reports detailing information, which includes, but is not limited to: the service provided; when it was provided; security issues on site; matters requiring attention or investigation.

 

There are a lot of companies out there offering similar services. Why are your services any better?

Our services are better because we truly care about what we do and how we do it. The growth of our client base has been primarily due to referral – clients so satisfied with our services that they told family, friends and associates about us. We can offer personal service and immediate attention because we understand the services that we offer. Furthermore, senior management is involved in the day to day operation of the business and it is not uncommon to see them conducting random site visits to ensure that services are being carried out accordingly.
